The BIR has provided taxpayers with the option to pay their taxes online through BIR-accredited online payment facilities or what we call as electronic Tax Software Provider (e-TSP).

Among the platforms by which you can pay your taxes online is through the MYEG.PH, a one-stop provider of e-government solutions and payment services which allow Filipinos to transact with government agencies at the comfort of their own homes. MYEG also links its customers to various financial services ranging from online savings, insurance and lending online. However, you need to open first a GCash account to be able to use MYEG as it is in GCash where MYEG charges the amount of the tax plus the processing fee of PhP20.00 per transaction.

Simply follow these steps:

  1. Download the Offline eBIRForms Package v7.9.4.2 found on its website.

  2. File your tax return (on or before the due date) using the corresponding BIR forms which you have just downloaded on your computer. (Note: The due date for each tax is found on the BIR form itself.)

  3. Fill out the necessary information electronically on each BIR form.

  4. Submit, download and print the filled out BIR form.

  5. Log in to or access the MYEG platform and supply the necessary information for each tax to be paid and the amount of the tax. (Note: Make sure your GCash account has enough balance for the payment of the tax plus the processing fee of PhP20.00 per transaction.)

  6. MYEG will send you an email at the email address you have provided, confirming that the online payment of your tax is successful.

  7. Lastly, print the email from MYEG confirming your payment and staple it to the corresponding BIR form you just downloaded/printed and keep it for your own file and for future reference.
